Deep Heat Comrades Hamper Competition – Terms & Conditions

  1. The competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older.
  2. The competition runs from 1 June 2026 to 31 July 2026. Entries submitted after this period will not be considered.
  3. To enter, participants must submit their till slip with their details in store -Entry into the competition is NOT dependent upon the customer purchasing any Deep Heat or Deep Freeze product during the competition period.
  4. Multiple entries can be submitted but with any new till slip obtained in the store will be accepted.
  5. 1 winner will be selected at random from the participating store and all till slips from the store are eligible.
  6. The winner will receive a Deep Heat hamper containing a DH zip towel, Deep Heat Roll on, Deep Freeze Spray 150ml with Deep Heat Drawstring bag and Deep Heat windscreen protector
  7. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  8. Winners will be contacted via the email address or contact number provided on the till slip and must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, Deep Heat SA reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  9. By entering, participants agree to be contacted for purposes related to the competition.
  10. Personal information collected will be used solely for purposes of administering the competition and in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
  11. By entering, participants consent to the lawful processing of their personal information.
  12. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil the prize.
  1. Deep Heat SA is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered because of participation in the competition or use of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
  2. Deep Heat SA reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its control arise, and at any time without prior notice.
